Description

• Manage all phases of ground-up construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout

• Lead project teams, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers

• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers throughout the project life cycle

• Utilize Procore and other construction tech tools to ensure efficient project delivery

• Conduct job site visits, ensuring safety, compliance, and performance benchmarks are met

Profile

• 6+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor

• Must have strong ground-up construction experience multifamily is ideal

• Experience with wood frame is a huge plus

• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects in multifamily, healthcare, or higher ed

• Strong tenure with reputable construction firms
