Client Details

The Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites for multifamily, healthcare, and education projects, while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams in the construction industry.

Description

• Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution.
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce safety regulations on-site.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Resolve any on-site issues or delays to keep projects on track.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with project managers to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Ensure the quality of work meets company standards and client expectations.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Proven ability to manage and lead construction teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards on construction sites.
• Experience working on healthcare, education, and/or multifamily projects is a plus.
