Multifamily Superintendent - Denver
The Multifamily Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects within the multifamily sector, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. This role is based in Houston and offers the opportunity to lead and collaborate on large-scale construction initiatives.

Description
- Manage all on-site activities for multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain efficient workflow.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any challenges or delays.
- Supervise and mentor site staff to promote teamwork and productivity.
- Ensure quality control standards are upheld throughout all project phases.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and manage expectations.
Profile
A successful Multifamily Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience in managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret and apply construction plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Experience with problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
