Description

• Manage all aspects of accounting; billing, financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, and various special analyses.
• Ensure compliance with all internal processes
• Prepare and present financial reports
• Oversee audit and internal control processes
• Develop and manage a team of financial controllers and professionals
• Work closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
• Manage company-wide budgetary planning
• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines

Profile

A successful 'Controller' should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Proficient in accounting software
