Temp Billing Coordinator
The Billing Coordinator will assist a group of attorneys with the full billing cycle, including invoice preparation, e-billing submission, and compliance with firm policies. The role also involves managing unbilled time, resolving aged balances, and providing ongoing billing support to attorneys, staff, and clients.

Description
Prepare, review, and issue client invoices accurately and on schedule
Ensure all billing practices adhere to internal policies and industry guidelines
Submit electronic bills with proper documentation and proactively follow up as needed
Monitor unbilled time and expenses; propose solutions for resolving aged items
Respond promptly to attorney and staff inquiries regarding billing, accruals, and reports
Assist with time entry corrections, transfers, and reconciliations
Collaborate with the billing and collections teams while maintaining a strong client-service mindset
Profile
Minimum of 2 years of billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Familiarity with billing platforms such as 3E, Elite, or Aderant is a plus
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication; client-service focused
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
