Project Manager- Commercial Construction
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading South Florida General Contractor specializing in ground-up commercial construction. The first project this individual will oversee is an $18M park project in Miami.

Our client is a well-established Miami-based General Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering commercial projects across South Florida. Their portfolio includes municipal, recreational, retail, and educational builds ranging from $5M to $50M. Known for their team-oriented culture, long-term client relationships, and commitment to quality, this firm provides a stable environment with clear career advancement opportunities.
Description
Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client communication.
Lead project meetings and ensure all work is performed according to contract documents and safety standards.
Collaborate with estimating and field teams to ensure project goals and milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial General Contractor.
Proven track record managing ground-up construction projects, preferably in the public or recreational sectors.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Job Offer
Competitive salary in the range of $120,000-$140,000, depending on experience.
