Project Manager- Commercial Construction

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading South Florida General Contractor specializing in ground-up commercial construction. The first project this individual will oversee is an $18M park project in Miami.

Their portfolio includes municipal, recreational, retail, and educational builds ranging from $5M to $50M. Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client communication.

• Lead project meetings and ensure all work is performed according to contract documents and safety standards.

• Collaborate with estimating and field teams to ensure project goals and milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial General Contractor.

• Proven track record managing ground-up construction projects, preferably in the public or recreational sectors.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
