Description

Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - Multifamily Construction in San Diego

  • Lead and manage all aspects of multifamily building and construction projects in San Diego.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on the construction site.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
