Client Details
Our client is a Top 10 largest GC in Greater Louisville, specializing in commercial, healthcare, and educational projects. They are award winning and known for their culture, having been named One of the Best Places to Work in Greater Louisville multiple times. Our client is currently seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join their growing team as the business has been growing exponentially as of yet.

Description
The Project Engineer will:
- Coordinate and manage daily construction project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing potential delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards at all project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
- Prepare and submit project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns promptly.
- Support the resolution of technical issues that arise during construction phases.
Profile
The successful Project Engineer will have the following:
- 1+ year's experience in Construction Project Management
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- OSHA certification preferred
- Project management software proficient
- Effective communication skills to interface with both clients and field staff
