Description

As the Project Manager, you will report directly to senior leadership and have full responsibility for the successful delivery of a major commercial development.
Key responsibilities include:

• Full lifecycle management of a ~$30M ground‑up commercial project
• Leading preconstruction through close‑out, including budget, schedule, and risk
• Managing client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships
• Overseeing cost control, change management, and forecasting
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards
• Driving communication across internal teams and external stakeholders
• Delivering the project on time, on budget, and to a high standard

Profile

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
• Proven experience delivering commercial projects in Colorado
• Strong background in ground‑up construction
• Ability to provide client and/or architect‑engineer references
• Experience managing projects in the $20M-$50M range preferred
• Proficiency with industry‑standard construction software
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
