As the Project Manager, you will report directly to senior leadership and have full responsibility for the successful delivery of a major commercial development.Key responsibilities include:
- Full lifecycle management of a ~$30M ground‑up commercial project
- Leading preconstruction through close‑out, including budget, schedule, and risk
- Managing client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships
- Overseeing cost control, change management, and forecasting
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards
- Driving communication across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Delivering the project on time, on budget, and to a high standard
Profile
For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
- Proven experience delivering commercial projects in Colorado
- Strong background in ground‑up construction
- Ability to provide client and/or architect‑engineer references
- Experience managing projects in the $20M-$50M range preferred
- Proficiency with industry‑standard construction software
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
Job Offer
- Base salary: $100,000-$150,000 (commensurate with experience)
