Description

• Manage all phases of LIHTC construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and LIHTC program requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to oversee quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the design team to resolve construction challenges and maintain project standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering projects that meet both client and community needs.
