LIHTC Project Manager/Superintendent
The LIHTC Project Manager/Superintendent will oversee and manage the construction of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in property construction and project management.

Description
- Manage all phases of LIHTC construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and LIHTC program requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to oversee quality control and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the design team to resolve construction challenges and maintain project standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering projects that meet both client and community needs.

Profile
A successful LIHTC Project Manager/Superintendent should have:
- Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the property industry, particularly LIHTC projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and affordable housing program requirements.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- The ability to problem-solve and adapt to challenges during the construction process.
- A solid understanding of construction project budgeting and scheduling.
