Description

• Lead onsite construction activities across various project locations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and site logistics.
• Ensure safety compliance, quality control, and schedule adherence.
• Serve as the primary onsite leader and liaison with project teams.
• Travel regularly to project sites, typically within the Southeastern U.S.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for project assignments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes.
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
