Description

• Develop detailed cost estimates for building and construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information for estimates.
• Analyze project plans, materials, and labor requirements to determine overall project costs.
• Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market conditions and trends.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather critical project information.
• Prepare and present cost breakdowns and proposals to stakeholders and clients.
• Identify and mitigate potential cost risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all estimating activities.
