Multifamily Superintendent (Ground-up)
This role oversees all on‑site construction activities for large, ground‑up multifamily projects. You'll drive safety, quality, and schedule performance across wood‑frame builds.

The firm is a specialist general contractor delivering ground‑up multifamily developments across multiple markets. Its Florida team continues to scale through repeat, multi‑phase work.
Description
* Oversee daily field operations and sequencing
* Enforce safety, quality, and schedule standards
* Coordinate subcontractors and inspections
* Track manpower, productivity, and site progress
* Resolve field issues in partnership with PMs
Profile
* 7-10 years' superintendent experience
* Ground‑up multifamily project background
* Wood‑frame construction expertise
* Strong leadership and site presence
* Proven ability to drive schedules
Job Offer
Salary range: $115,000-$125,000
* Long‑term assignment on phased projects
* Stable workload with repeat developments
* Support from experienced PM teams
