Description

* Oversee daily field operations and sequencing

* Enforce safety, quality, and schedule standards

* Coordinate subcontractors and inspections

* Track manpower, productivity, and site progress

* Resolve field issues in partnership with PMs

Profile

* 7-10 years' superintendent experience

* Ground‑up multifamily project background

* Wood‑frame construction expertise

* Strong leadership and site presence

* Proven ability to drive schedules

Job Offer

Salary range: $115,000-$125,000
