Project Coordinator - General Contractor - Columbus, WI

Description
The Project Coordinator will:
- Manage client and contractor relations and communication
- Performs clerical duties to include scanning, copying and creating/maintaining job folders for all construction projects
- Assist the project managers in maintaining construction project cost accounting
- Assist the project managers in collecting and tracking costs for ongoing projects.
- Utilizing Procore, creates, tracks, and process all contracts and change orders for projects
- Provides on-going support to contractors involved with current projects and initiates contractors payment applications, lien waivers, certified payroll, and MBE / WBE participation forms for consolidation into monthly payment reports to clients
- Acts in accordance with the values of the company and comply with all company processes and procedures
Profile
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, college degree preferred
- 1+ years of prior administrative experience at a general contractor or subcontractor
- Accounting experience preferred
- Must possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Procore
- Experience working with payment waivers, change orders, ability to code pay applications
