Description

• Over 10 years of experience managing large-scale marine and heavy highway construction projects.

• Expertise in marine construction techniques, including dredging, pile driving, and shoreline stabilization.
• Skilled in contract administration, cost control, and risk management for multimillion-dollar projects.
• Strong leadership in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of DOT regulations, environmental compliance, and safety standards.
• Proficient in project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and construction management software.
• Adept at client relations and negotiation, ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications.
• Experienced in resource allocation, logistics planning, and equipment management for marine and roadway operations.
