Director of HR
The Director of HR will oversee and lead all human resources functions within the financial services industry, focusing on strategic initiatives and employee engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and leadership to support organizational objectives.

Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace culture.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including health benefits, PTO, and 401k plans.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.

Profile
A successful Director of HR should have:
- A strong background in human resources within the financial services industry.
- Ability to be onsite in Stamford.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
