Junior Estimator- High End Commercial Construction
We are seeking a motivated Junior Estimator to join a leading General Contractor in Miami, FL, specializing in high-end commercial construction. This role is ideal for a professional with 2-3 years of estimating experience looking to further their career.

Description
Assist in preparing detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bid proposals for high-end commercial projects.
Review plans, specifications, and subcontractor quotes to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Senior Estimators during preconstruction phases.
Support bid analysis, vendor negotiation, and proposal preparation.
Maintain accurate records of project costs, budgets, and subcontractor communications.
Contribute to process improvement and the continued refinement of estimating tools and templates.
Profile
2-3 years of experience as an estimator, ideally with a commercial General Contractor.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Strong proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into a lead estimator role over time.
