Assistant Project Manager- Commercial Interiors
The Assistant Project Manager will support the delivery of high-quality commercial interior construction projects across South Florida, including offices, restaurants, retail, and hospitality spaces. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented construction professional looking to grow within a fast-paced interiors-focused general contractor.

They are known for delivering tenant improvement projects for repeat clients across office, retail, restaurant, and hospitality sectors while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
Description
Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project execution from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure schedules and budgets are maintained
Support procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
Track project schedules, costs, and progress reporting
Participate in client meetings, site walks, and coordination meetings
Ensure projects comply with contract documents, safety standards, and quality expectations
Profile
2-5 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer on commercial interiors projects
Proven experience delivering office, restaurant, retail, and/or hospitality interior build-outs
Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and cost controls
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience working in the South Florida market is highly preferred
