Enterprise Account Executive - HCM - San Francisco, CA

Excellent Enterprise Account Executive opportunity within a leading HCM solutions platform. The role will include, but not be limited to driving new customer acquisition, creating a robust pipeline, establishing brand presence in the market, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Acquiring new customers
• Generating a pipeline of new opportunities
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to craft effective positioning and collaborate on strategic initiatives to scale in the U.S. market

Profile

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience within HCM solutions
• Proven ability to understand client pain points and proposing solutions
• Strong understanding of HR processes & policies, HCM and SaaS
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
