HR Generalist - Hybrid NYC - Up to $110K

Our client is a prominent bank seeking an HR Generalist to join their team, 4 days on-site in New York City. The generalist will support HR functions such as recruitment, learning & development, employee relations and more.

Client Details

The client is a large, global bank seeking to expand it's HR team with a new generalist to support employee functions. This is a competitive opportunity to work within the financial services industry at an established corporation in New York City.

Description

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, which includes posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and working with staffing agencies.
  • Lead the new hire onboarding process, including delivering presentations, collecting and verifying required documents, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Ensure adherence to all internal policies and procedures within the Bank's risk framework.
  • Collaborate across teams and specialties within HR.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience.

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
