Senior Superintendent

The Senior Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with teams, managing schedules, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

My client is an integrated design and construction firm experienced in healthcare, private institutions, commercial /industrial, hospitality, and public works projects. They provide architectural design & construction solutions up and down the East Coast with a concentration on Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware.

Description

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth progress.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met at every stage of the project.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports and documentation.
