Executive Assistant/Office Manager
We're looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant / Office Manager to be the driving force behind our leadership team and office operations. This highly visible role puts you at the center of the business-partnering with senior leaders, keeping daily operations running flawlessly, and creating an exceptional office experience in there Franklin location.

Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and events with precision.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring supplies and resources are maintained efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle confidential information and maintain discretion at all times.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage office budgets and expenses.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant/Office Manager should have:
- Experience in administrative support and office management, particularly within the business services industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in common office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
