HR Administrator - 5 days onsite - Up to $150K

This standalone role provides the unique opportunity to oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy. Description
- Lead all HR functions as a strategic partner, reporting directly to the President.
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition, including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
- Drive employee relations efforts, managing employee concerns, performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Support change management initiatives and foster a culture of open communication and engagement.
- Oversee compliance with employment laws and company policies, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Administer benefits, 401(k), compensation tracking, and workers' compensation while collaborating on strategic decisions.
- Implement DEI initiatives and drive employee engagement programs.
- Manage payroll processes, including reviewing labor hours and reporting.
- Maintain office management duties, including IT coordination and general administration.
- Stay current on HR trends and implement innovative HR practices.
Profile
- 7+ years of HR experience with a proven track record in HR leadership roles.
- Experience in construction, development, or a related industry preferred.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, including ADP and RAKEN, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of labor relations and union environments a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite five days a week, with flexibility to WFH every other Friday.
