Owner's Rep PM Opportunity - Nationally Ranked Firm
The Project Manager will be responsible for providing management oversight for Commercial Construction projects in the Frederick, MD and surrounding areas.

Description
- Collaborate with leasing agent to develop a construction budget
- Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current tenants and
- Maintain up to date historical costs for all different types of work
- Create schedules for project completion and regularly update them during construction process
- Provide oversight for all aspects of permit processing, including completion of application, submission, and follow up through issuance of permit.
- Solicit bids and review scopes of work for all trades on projects
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Review, authorize, and track invoices
- Accurately review drawings
- Work in collaboration with Project Superintendent to ensure contractors work is performed to the highest quality
- Prepare and submit progress and cost tracking reports
- Maintain proper communication with tenants
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5-10 years of industry experience
- Candidates can have General Contracting experience and/or Owner's Rep/Developer Experience
- Commercial interiors project experience strongly preferred. Project values can range from $1M - $20M+
- Strong tenure at current and previous employers
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of all construction trades
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Bluebeam, Nexus (or other project management software)
