Project Manager - Multifamily Construction

A well-established general contractor is seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in ground-up multifamily construction to oversee projects in the Davie, Florida area. This is a long-term opportunity for a driven leader who can manage multiple project phases from preconstruction through closeout.

Description

• Oversee day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and coordination with field teams

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and consultants throughout the duration of each project

• Manage project timelines, change orders, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and safety standards

• Lead subcontractor and vendor management, including contract negotiations and performance oversight

• Collaborate with Preconstruction and Estimating teams during early project phases

• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and internal policies

Profile

• 5+ years of experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects

• A background working with general contractors or developers in Florida

• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
