Our client is an American company that designs and manufactures energy-efficient LED lighting products and related technologies mainly for commercial, industrial, outdoor, and retrofit markets. They started in early 2000s, with a focus on LED retrofit solutions that allow older high-intensity discharge and fluorescent fixtures to be upgraded to modern LED performance, helping customers save energy and reduce maintenance costs

Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to LED and lighting products in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate product information and recommend suitable solutions to meet client needs.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist with product troubleshooting and provide technical support when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product advancements in the LED and lighting sector.

Profile

A successful Customer Service - LED & Lighting professional should have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • 2-3+ years customer service experience in LED and lighting products within the commercial, institutional (schools, municipalities, hospitals), or exterior industries.
  • Location - Onsite near Danvers, MA
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and using customer relationship management tools.
  • A proactive approach to learning about industry trends and product advancements.
