Description
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Oversee accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and clients to ensure smooth business operations.
- Supervise and support office staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Handle general HR responsibilities, including maintaining employee records and managing benefits administration.

Profile
A successful Office Manager/Accountant should have:
