Senior HRBP - Hybrid NYC - Up to $160K
We are partnered with a repeat client of ours, a well‑established organization within the financial services/insurance sector, looking to add to its growing team. This is a highly visible role offering exposure to senior stakeholders, strategic people work, and a clear path for progression. This role will be supporting US and Canadian populations, so experience with both countries is required. Up to $160K + bonus. Hybrid in NYC. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a strategic HRBP seat.

Description
- Take ownership of key responsibilities within your function, delivering high‑quality work that supports business objectives
- Support key initiatives within talent management, employee engagement and leadership coaching
- Handle complex employee relations issues with confidentiality and professionalism
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to drive strategic projects forward and improve processes
- Analyze data, trends, and performance metrics to support decision‑making
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- 3 days onsite in Manhattan
Profile
- Experience within financial services or insurance highly preferred
- Experience with US and Canadian populations required
- 7 years of experience in a strategic, HRBP seat required
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams and seniority levels
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- A growth mindset and genuine interest in long‑term career development
- Able to commute on a hybrid schedule to Manhattan
