Senior Director of Human Resources

Michael Page Charleston, WV (Onsite) Full-Time
$160,000 - $200,000/Year

This role will be responsible for overseeing both the HR & Safety teams at multiple locations. This role will be the most senior level HR professional reporting directly into C Suite. It will be responsible for strategic HR initiatives to help the company during a growth period.

Job Requirements:

  • Analyze human resources data and create human resources related reports
  • Provide human resources management tools
  • Improve employee relations and employee engagement
  • Evaluate existing corporate human resources policies
  • Ensure human resources policies and procedures
  • Implement organizational and human resources strategies
  • Provide strategic direction for human resources programs
  • Ensuring all aspects of human resources, including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations
  • Develop performance metrics for human resources
  • Direct human resources special projects
  • Perform highly advanced human resources
  • Recommend improvements to human resources programs
  • Advise senior management on human resources issues
  • Aligning human resources strategy with business objectives
  • Manage human resources and support staff
  • Develop human resources related policies and procedures
  • Prepare budget of human resources operations
  • Providing high-level human resources functions with an emphasis on employee relations
  • Ensure that human resources operations district
  • Manage employee relations issues and escalate to chief human resources officer
