Description

• Lead all phases of commercial ground-up projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, budget, and quality standards

• Manage subcontractor relationships, contracts, and schedules

• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting

• Collaborate with owners, architects, and engineers to resolve challenges

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management to project teams

Profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a focus on ground-up commercial construction

• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining high-quality project delivery

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
