Description

• Assist Project Managers with coordination of subcontractors, materials, and project documentation

• Review and track RFI's, submittals, change orders, and project schedules

• Support field operations by ensuring accurate information flow between the jobsite and office

• Help maintain project budgets and prepare progress reports for internal and client updates

• Attend project meetings and contribute to problem-solving across project phases

Profile

• 2-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or related role within commercial construction

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Experience working on commercial projects; healthcare construction experience is a plus

• Proficient in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite)

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
