Project Engineer- Commercial Construction

A reputable general contractor in West Palm Beach is seeking a motivated Project Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in commercial and/or healthcare construction. Description

• Assist the project management team with planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects

• Maintain and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and document control

• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and execution

• Support scheduling, procurement tracking, and job cost reporting

• Participate in jobsite meetings and collaborate with field personnel to ensure quality and safety compliance

• Assist with project close-out and turnover documentation

Profile

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Project Coordinator in commercial and/or healthcare construction. They should possess a solid understanding of construction documentation, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. A self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills who is eager to learn and grow within a supportive team will thrive in this role.

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary in the $70,000 - $85,000 range, depending on experience
