HR Manager - On-site in North Jersey - $90k - $130k
Our client is looking for an HR Manager role to lead all HR functions at their northern New Jersey plant. This is a hands-on opportunity to lead core HR functions at a dynamic and growing food manufacturing company. You'll oversee employee relations, compliance, recruiting, and help shape HR processes as the company scales. The HR Manager will be a trusted partner to employees and leaders across the business.

Description
- Performance Management and Workforce Planning: This person will assist in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and implementing performance improvement plans.
- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: This person will be responsible for managing employee relations by addressing conflicts, facilitating communication between employees and management, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Compliance and Safety: This person will ensure the plants comply with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. They will work closely with senior leaders at the plant to promote a culture of safety and conduct regular audits and inspections.
- Other areas of focus include benefits, answering day-to-day employee questions, and improving policies and procedures.
Profile
- 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing
- Must be able to be on-site in the Newark area five days a week
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Job Offer
- Base salary of $90k- $130K depending on candidate's experience.
