Human Resources Business Partner- Manufacturing

This is a newly created position that will act as a Business Partner to the General Manager and work closely with the Operations leadership team. This will be part of a larger global HR team.

Description

• Designing & Implementing HR strategies alongside the Global Director of HR & Plant Manager
• Lead employee relations
• Assist in the interviewing process for leadership positions
• Create career progression for current employees
• Development of compensation incentive and recognition program to attract and retain employees
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams (e.g., compensation, benefits, learning & development) to meet plant needs
• Develop & implement employee engagement activities
• Assist with Training
• Coach and support supervisors and managers on performance management, development planning, and employee engagement.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness.

Profile

• Bachelors Degree
• 8-10 years of HR experience
• 3+ years in Management role
• Experience with working with Non Union employees
• Exposure to Manufacturing Company
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication

Job Offer

• Base salary of up to $155,000 ( based upon level of experience)
