Human Resources Business Partner- Manufacturing
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Manufacturing will serve as a strategic partner to manufacturing leadership, providing HR guidance and support to drive business results. The HRBP will work closely with plant leadership and employees to foster a high-performance culture, improve employee engagement, and ensure compliance with all employment-related laws and regulations.

Description
- Designing & Implementing HR strategies alongside the Global Director of HR & Plant Manager
- Lead employee relations
- Assist in the interviewing process for leadership positions
- Create career progression for current employees
- Development of compensation incentive and recognition program to attract and retain employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams (e.g., compensation, benefits, learning & development) to meet plant needs
- Develop & implement employee engagement activities
- Assist with Training
- Coach and support supervisors and managers on performance management, development planning, and employee engagement.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
Profile
- Bachelors Degree
- 8-10 years of HR experience
- 5+ years in Business Partner role
- Exposure to Manufacturing Company
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
Job Offer
- Base salary of up to $155,000 ( based upon level of experience)
