Legal and Compliance Administrative Assistant
The Legal and Compliance Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the legal and compliance teams within the financial services industry. This person will perform general and legal administrative tasks, invoice processing, as well as certain compliance functions as needed.

This team oversees $40+ billion of investable assets. Their Greenwich, CT location is their headquarter office. Their administrative teams are known for their white glove service, and proactive approach to a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Description
- Provide administrative support to the legal and compliance teams, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
- Assist with maintaining and organizing compliance records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of regulatory filings.
- Conduct preliminary research and gather information as required by the legal team.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of compliance-related tasks.
- Support the team in special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Legal and Compliance Administrative Assistant should have:
- Bachelor's degree for an accrredited University or college
- 3+ years of administrative experience, within a financial services environment is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Experience in the financial services industry or a related field is preferred.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Job Offer
