Corporate Credit Analyst - TMT Sector
The Corporate Credit Analyst will analyze and evaluate credit risk for investments in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors within the investment arm of a global bank. Responsibilities include credit analysis, investment evaluation, risk management, financial modeling, market research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support investment transactions.

Description
The Corporate Credit Analyst will focus on analyzing and evaluating credit risk for investments in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of corporate finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit risk assessments and analysis of corporate entities within the TMT sector, including financial statement analysis, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Investment Evaluation: Evaluate potential investment opportunities by analyzing company financials, business models, and market conditions to provide recommendations to senior management.
Risk Management: Monitor and manage the credit risk of existing TMT portfolio investments, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support credit analysis and investment decision-making processes.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting the TMT sector.
Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive credit reports, investment memos, and presentations to senior management and investment committees.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including investment bankers, portfolio managers, and legal advisors, to support the execution of investment transactions.
Profile
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA designation preferred.
1-5 years of experience in credit analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking, with a focus on the TMT sector.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial analysis software.
Excellent understanding of corporate credit risk and investment evaluation methodologies.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Offer
$100,000 - $125,000 base salary, depending on experience. Bonus and comprehensive benefits.
