HR Associate
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and talent management efforts. The ideal candidate will bring 1-3 years of HR experience, demonstrate cultural competence, and possess bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to effectively support our diverse workforce.

Description
Support full-cycle recruitment efforts including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes, providing timely and accurate responses.
Maintain HRIS data integrity by entering employee information, processing updates, and generating reports.
Assist with the planning and implementation of employee engagement, wellness, and recognition programs.
Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and international labor regulations and organizational policies.
Prepare documentation for employee lifecycle changes (e.g., promotions, terminations, leaves of absence).
Support initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across the organization.
Collaborate with global HR team members on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Translate HR documents and communications into Spanish as needed and assist with interpretation during employee meetings.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
1-3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a non-profit or mission-driven environment (non- essential).
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) highly desirable but not essential.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, BambooHR, or similar platforms) a plus.
Experienced with working in multiple timezones, APAC, LATAM, Europe etc.
