HR Generalist
The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices

Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, interviewing, administering pay, benefits, leave, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare weekly time sheets for payroll and assist the payroll processor in reviewing and finalizing payroll.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates, collaborating with managers to identify key skills and qualifications.
- Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility for employment.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and manage employee recognition programs.
- Administer HR programs related to compensation, benefits, leave, discipline, investigations, performance management, employee recognition, morale, safety, and training and development.
- Address employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, escalating complex or sensitive issues as needed.
- Participate in employee disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, regularly reviewing and updating policies to meet legal and industry standards.
- Stay informed on current HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
- Perform additional HR duties as assigned.
Profile
- ADP experience
- 3-5 years of HR experience (payroll, on boarding, benefits)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
