Contingent Workforce Business Analyst
We are seeking a Contingent Workforce Program Business Analyst to lead planning and execution of improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance overall program performance. Previous experience with FS-clients is highly preferred.

A Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.
Description
Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance the contingent workforce strategy, aligning with enterprise goals and supporting long-term scalability and compliance.
Lead planning and execution of strategic projects focused on process improvements, program redesign, and operational efficiency.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop reports and dashboards to inform decision-making and engage stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support program oversight, maintain documentation, and ensure consistent governance and alignment across functions.
Profile
5+ years of experience in contingent workforce management, including Staffing and SOW models, with background in vendor or procurement operations.
Strong knowledge of contingent labor laws, terminology, and market trends.
Skilled in data analysis, with a track record of using insights to drive improvements.
Effective communicator with the ability to manage priorities and engage stakeholders across teams.
Experience with VMS platforms and industry certifications (e.g., CCWP, PMP), ideally within an MSP or VMS provider environment.
