Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for leadership.
- Manage and organize internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
- Assist with planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
- Track and manage expenses, ensuring timely submission and reconciliation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries for senior leadership.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Private Equity experience is a MUST
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in an executive assistant in financial services firm within private equity is needed.
