The Senior Recruiter will play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition strategies and delivering top-tier recruiting services for a professional services organization. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional talent across all US offices.

Description

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for various roles across the firm's US footprint.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to meet organizational hiring objectives.

Profile

A successful Senior Recruiter should have:

  • Bachelors degree (required).
  • 7+ years full-cycle talent acquisition experience within the professional services industry (required).
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
  • Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools, systems, and best practices.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC, 3 days a week.
