Bilingual HR Business Partner - $80k-$90k + bonus
The HR Business Partner is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with commercial leaders to align people strategy with business priorities, driving talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness across key functions. It also owns the full employee lifecycle - spanning recruiting, development, and employee relations - while ensuring compliance and supporting ongoing transformation and growth.
This role is five days a week on-site in Northwest San Antonio, TX.

The HR Business Partner is a key part of the business and will support essential HR processes, like performance management, compensation planning, succession planning, and employee engagement. The HRBP will own everything from hiring and leadership development to navigating complex employee situations and guiding large-scale change, all while acting as a trusted advisor in a fast-moving, highly visible environment where your influence is both immediate and measurable.Successful candidates are commercially minded HR leaders who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and know how to translate business objectives into practical, results-driven people strategies. They bring strong judgment, credibility with senior stakeholders, and the confidence to navigate complex situations. You'll stand out if you combine sharp strategic thinking with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, pairing deep HR expertise with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. Prior HR experience in manufacturing or adjacent industries is a must.
Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Description
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to support team growth and sustainability.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve organizational performance.
- Support change management initiatives and help teams navigate organizational transformations.
- Oversee performance management processes, including coaching managers and employees for development and success.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Profile
A successful HRBP should have:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Experience partnering with business leaders in a corporate environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing employee and organizational needs.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
