Description

• Lead all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to drive efficient execution.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and specifications.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and uphold safety compliance.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing solutions to keep work on track.

• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors to secure favorable terms.

• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Mentor junior team members and lead project closeout activities, including final walkthroughs and client turnover.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-family construction projects from start to finish.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, budgeting, and cost control.

• Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor teams and collaborate with clients and subcontractors.

• Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6) and contract negotiation.

• Committed to maintaining safety standards; PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Job Offer

• A competitive base salary between $100,000-$130,000 (Depending on Experience)
