Description

The Project Manager Will Be Required To:

  • Provide project oversight while promoting and maintaining a strong, proactive safety culture on site.
  • Oversee the creation and evaluation of bid packages to secure competitive subcontractor proposals.
  • Facilitate regular subcontractor meetings on the job site to help ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Review monthly billing and manage the documentation and approvals required to maintain timely project funding.
  • Lead cost‑tracking efforts, including contracts, purchase orders, and scope adjustments, to support overall project goals.
  • Monitor the financial performance of the project and maintain accurate forecasting.
  • Act as the company's representative during subcontractor negotiations.

Profile

The Ideal Project Manager Will Have:

  • Background in Construction Project Management, Assistant Project Management, or Project Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, technologies, and project details.
  • Prior experience managing projects for a general contractor.
  • Ability to thoroughly review and interpret construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
  • Clear and effective communication skills with teams, partners, and stakeholders such as management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
  • Familiarity with key skilled trades, including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site preparation, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems.

Job Offer

The Project Manager Will be Offered:

  • Base Salary: $110,000-$130,000
  • Bonus: $9,000-$12,000 (in the first year)
