They provide biological materials, including plasma, for life-science research and further manufacturing, and have a comprehensive portfolio of tools, information and services that enable hospitals to efficiently deliver medical care. Description

My client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive (Sales Specialist), Immunohematology to manage and grow their business in the New England territory. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in sales and their knowledge of capital equipment in the diagnostics space to build strong relationships, exceed sales targets, and contribute to the company's mission of advancing hematology diagnostics.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the New England region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, lab directors, purchasing managers, and other decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted consultant to customers, understanding their diagnostic needs and providing tailored solutions using our portfolio of capital equipment.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations, educate customers on our technology, and highlight its value in improving diagnostic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and product management, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to influence product development and sales strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas and performance targets on a consistent basis.
  • Attend regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build brand awareness and network with potential customers.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in the healthcare, diagnostics, or medical device industry, with a focus on capital equipment.
  • Strong understanding of hematology, diagnostics, or laboratory workflows is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote, field-based role.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the New England territory (up to 65%).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite.
