The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic business partner to project and regional leadership, supporting the development and execution of HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent growth. This role is responsible for overseeing HR programs in areas such as workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic business partner to project and regional leadership, supporting the development and execution of HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent growth. This role is responsible for overseeing HR programs in areas such as workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent in the business services sector.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute workforce planning strategies.
- Support employee development through training programs and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with travel-related HR policies and labor laws.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
