Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of high-rise apartment construction projects, from pre-construction through to close-out.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Lead a diverse team of subcontractors, consultants, and internal staff to achieve project goals.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, local regulations, and company quality standards.
• Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, including developers, architects, and local authorities.
• Mitigate risks proactively and troubleshoot issues to maintain project timelines.

Profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced Senior Project Manager with:

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive experience managing multifamily high-rise projects in Florida.
• Expertise in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A deep understanding of Florida building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
