Senior Project Manager- Multifamily
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in managing high-rise apartment construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to lead large-scale projects with a respected general contractor specializing in multifamily developments in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Description
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of high-rise apartment construction projects, from pre-construction through to close-out.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Lead a diverse team of subcontractors, consultants, and internal staff to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, local regulations, and company quality standards.
- Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, including developers, architects, and local authorities.
- Mitigate risks proactively and troubleshoot issues to maintain project timelines.
Profile
The ideal candidate is an experienced Senior Project Manager with:
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive experience managing multifamily high-rise projects in Florida.
- Expertise in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A deep understanding of Florida building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
