HR Coordinator
The HR Coordinator will be a key member of the team, supporting core functions such as leave and benefits administration, employee wellness and employee engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, and warm individual to contribute meaningfully to employee experience and culture. This role offers room for growth, with the opportunity to step into a supervisory position within a year.

Our dynamic and collaborative culture emphasizes wellness, inclusion, and support at every level. We are seeking an people-centric HR Coordinator to join our team
Description
Coordinate and administer leave of absence and employee benefits processes
Manage the organization's employee wellness program, including engagement initiatives and monthly wellness communications
Draft and support documentation related to employee terms, promotions, and organizational changes
Collaborate on employee communications including HR updates and newsletters
Maintain and update employee data in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and other HRIS tools
Provide general HR support, helping to alleviate workload across the team
Ensure compliance with HR policies and assist in policy communication
Support HR administration and documentation processing - Background checks and I-9 verifications
Profile
2+ years of experience in an HR support role (non-profit experience preferred but not required)
Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now; open to varied HRIS backgrounds
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - a true 'people magnet'
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Warm, bubbly, and engaging personality, with a genuine interest in wellness and employee experience
Comfortable working on-site full-time initially, with a move to hybrid after 3-6 months
