Superintendent - Ground-Up Construction - Washington DC

We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+ across sectors like multifamily, education, healthcare, and civic. Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through closeout.

  • Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics to ensure safety, efficiency, and budget adherence.

  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact, liaising between project managers, engineers, architects, and owners.

  • Uphold and enforce OSHA 30 standards and site safety protocols.

  • Maintain daily reports, schedules, and documentation.

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent managing ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+.

  • Strong portfolio in multifamily, healthcare, educational (K-12 & higher ed), and civic construction.

  • Proven leadership on complex job sites with multiple trades.

  • OSHA 30 certification is required.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
